The Orlando Magic will try to close out a three-game road trip with a perfect mark when they take on the Charlotte Bobcats tonight at Time Warner Cable Arena.
Orlando has won the first two tests of the trek and six of seven overall since losing its first two games of the 2008-09 campaign. In Friday's 102-100 win over the Dallas Mavericks at American Airlines Center, Rashard Lewis scored 23 points and added nine rebounds to lead the way.
Jameer Nelson added a season-high 21 points while Mickael Pietrus finished with 20 points and nine boards. All-Star center Dwight Howard had 18 points and 13 rebounds in the win, Orlando's first in Dallas since the 1997-98 season.
Orlando is 2-1 away from Amway Arena this season.
The Bobcats will resume a six-game homestand on Sunday and are 2-2 so far on the residency. They ended a two-game losing streak with Friday's 104-96 victory over the Utah Jazz, as Gerald Wallace scored 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a winning effort.
Raymond Felton had 23 points and six assists and Adam Morrison ended with 15 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter. Charlotte shot 46.6 percent from the field overall and made 31-of-38 free throws to keep Utah at bay.
Charlotte will also host Dallas on the homestand.
The Magic won three of four meetings with Charlotte last year, but are just 1-4 in the past five matchups on the road in this series.
