The Cleveland Cavaliers leave the cozy confines of Quicken Loans Arena Saturday and travel to Charlotte to face the Bobcats.
The Cavs improved to 11-0 in Cleveland on Friday when Mo Williams, Zydrunas Ilgauskas and Anderson Varejao each scored 17 points as the Cavaliers routed the Indiana Pacers, 97-73, extending their winning streak to seven games.
LeBron James finished with just 11 points but added 11 assists and eight rebounds for the Cavaliers, who are 5-3 on the road this season. Daniel Gibson and Delonte West each tallied 14 points in the win.
James, who in averaging over 26 points per game, was limited to 4-of-12 shooting from the floor, scoring his fewest points since he netted 10 against Dallas on October 31, 2007. It was just the 15th time in the superstar's career that he was held to 11 points or fewer.
Meanwhile, the Bobcats lost a tough one in Milwaukee on Friday when the Bucks' Michael Redd ended with 25 points and Richard Jefferson added 22 as Milwaukee held on to down Charlotte, 101-96.
Jason Richardson had 20 points for the Bobcats, who saw their season-high two- game win streak halted. Raymond Felton and Emeka Okafor had 19 points apiece in the win. Rookie D.J. Augustin gave 13 points off the bench.
The Cavs, who routed Charlotte 96-79 in Cleveland on October 30, are 13-3 all- time against the Bobcats but only 5-3 in Charlotte.
The Bobcats, meanwhile, are 6-7 at Time Warner Cable Arena this season.
